【here&now】CCDC新作探索空間與身體關係 編舞家桑吉加：假如人類不在 空間是不存在 最終還是在說人的情感 城市當代舞蹈團將於二月末至三月初，在東九文化中心帶來四場新作《空間間析》，以當代舞層層解析空間與身體的微妙關係。編舞家兼CCDC藝術總監桑吉加坦言，最初以空間為題材是因為場地問題。「香港要早十八個月公布劇目、開始準備，但去年一月時我們還未知道有場地，只知要今年三月左右表演。所以沒有辦法下，我想說就做空間的舞，若沒找到場地，我打算在大馬路上跳。」 最終，舞蹈選址東九文化中心劇院演出，甚至成為首個東九文化中心的租用人製作，此前東九的演出都是東九得自己製作。亦將是東九首個大型舞蹈演出，將使用東九劇院配備的沉浸式音樂設計及舞台的懸掛系統科技。 今日進行公開綵排，演出其中一段約七分鐘群舞，十二位舞者展現出高能量肢體動作，桑吉加解說：「這是飛翔空間，四塊屏幕原本平放著，之後成為一間屋子。」舞者隨著懸浮屏幕構成的空間被擠壓與移動，互動或抽離，在空間裏飛翔。 透過這約七十分鐘舞蹈，桑吉加叩問：「空間用舞蹈來講，怎麼講？假如我們人類不在的話，空間是不存在。因為有了人之後有了空間有了建築，然後有時間的空間，有情感的空間，空間變得多樣。這多樣，我們實際聚焦在哪？我心裏想的還是人類的情感，人與人之間的關係，再加上這個空間的力量。剛才的雙人舞可能最後變成獨舞，另一個不在的時候，還能怎樣和他跳舞，這是我要想像的。」 攝影：Amy Pang #hereandnow #舞蹈 @ccdc.hk @ekcc.hk

【#重 #悉妲奧斯泰默《月》當代女性群體力量】#ATripleBill #SitaOstheimer 𝙇𝙐𝙉𝘼 The Collective Power of Contemporary Women 月神秘且深邃，過往時常被女性原型所具像化，如希臘神話的月亮女神與中國的女媧等。《月》的演出即將打破這些刻板想像，透過7位女舞者組合而成的群體，以當代視覺重新詮釋陰柔以外更龐大的女性力量，既能滋養萬物又銳利果斷，且寧靜平和又有變革之力。 編舞悉妲·奧斯泰默分享，排練中她要求舞者將身體「歸零」，放下舞蹈教育中的固有習性，從當刻的身體狀態重新出發。她表示：「這需要投入大量時間和極大勇氣，放下自我，不再追求美麗，也不再刻意去做任何事，這是個極其強烈的過程。」 全新作品《月》將於12月12-14日於自由空間演出，誠邀你欣賞CCDC女舞者以最直觀的身體語彙，連結觀眾與城市。 Luna—the moon—is mystery and depth, long embodied by female archetypes from the Greek moon goddess to China’s Nüwa. 𝙇𝙐𝙉𝘼 breaks those familiar frames. Seven women move as one dynamic force, redefining femininity beyond “softness” into something expansive: nurturing yet razor-sharp, serene yet transformational. Choreographer Sita Ostheimer asks her dancers to “reset” in rehearsal—let go of learned habits and start from the body’s present state. “It takes time and huge courage,” she says. “Let go of the self, stop chasing beauty, stop trying to do anything on purpose. It’s an intense process.” 𝙇𝙐𝙉𝘼 runs December 12–14 at Freespace. Our very own alumni, Tom,is here to talk about Canine Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome (CCDS) - also known as Dog Dementia. At Happy’s Place, we believe every senior deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and loved, even as their minds begin to change. ❤️ 🧠 Spotting the Signs (The DISHAL acronym): D - disorientation (staring at walls, getting stuck in corners) I - Interaction changes (new irritability or withdrawal) S - Sleep-wake cycle changes (up all night, sleeping all day) H - House soiling A - Activity changes (pacing or circling) L - Learning difficulties (forgetting old tricks) 5 Ways to Support Your Senior: 1. Routine is Key: Regular meal times and schedules help them feel grounded. 2. Safety First: Create a quiet, cozy "sa“e zone" w”th plenty of blankets. 3. Light the Way: Nightlights help aging eyes find potty pads or water bowls. 4. Mental Gym: Use puzzle mats and enrichment toys to keep their brain active! 5. Fresh Air: Gentle walks or wagon rides keep their spirits high. If you notice these changes, a chat with your vet is the best first step.
