Soalnya kemaren sempet pake full makeup seharian dan keringetan, dan banyak makan kue, auto nyumbat deh :( Sekali ngejus 750gr celery dapetnya 500-600ml an juice. Aku bagi ke 2 botol kecil, jadi kali ini minumnya 250-300ml an, first thing in the morning on empty stomach. Paling bagus diminum fresh, tapi karena gak sempet ngejus tiap hari, aku jadinya ngejus per 2 hari sekali. Sebenarnya Medical Medium saraninnya minum 16Oz (473ml) per hari. Tapi kayaknya problemku gak berat2 amat, jadi aku minum half dose yang dianjurin aja deh. 5 tahun lalu aku beraninya cuma minum 100ml, itupun seringnya dicampur buah nanas. Kalo pure celery juice ini rasanya aneh di awal aja. Sisanya mukaku dah santuy kan wkwkwkk. Kalo minum dingin2 ga gitu berasa kayak minum sop sayur kok🤣🤣 Terus hasilnya gimana setelah seminggu? It’s a miracle medicine of our time. It’s something that anyone should aim to drink as often as possible. It moves the needle in healing like nothing else does.
