Continue reading or click the link in the @allrecipes bio for the full recipe. 👇 Ingredients: 1 stick unsalted butter 1 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup light corn syrup Salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 (11.7-ounce) box Cheez-It Crackers Directions: Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the crackers out across the prepared baking sheet. Set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat and whisk in the baking soda. Working quickly, drizzle the mixture evenly over the crackers. Use a rubber spatula to ensure each cracker is coated, and arrange in a single layer. Bake the crackers for one hour, gently stirring every 15 minutes. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving. these might ruin the boxed version forever … ingredients 1 cup gluten free flour @kingarthurbaking 1/2 tsp salt 8 oz freshly grated cheddar 3 tbsp unsalted butter 3 tbsp cold water 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Whisk together flour and salt 3. Add grated cheese and butter and work into the flour with your fingertips until you get a crumbly mixture 4. Add the water and knead the dough until it’s smooth and feels like play doh 5. Divide the dough in half. Roll out each half between two sheets of parchment paper until it’s as thin as you can make it 6. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares 7. Transfer the parchment paper with the crackers on it to a baking sheet and poke a hole in the middle of each square 8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown 9. Cool completely on the baking sheet #glutenfree #cheezit

Yield: 6 servings Prep Time: 30 minutes Total Time: 40 minutes INGREDIENTS Peperoncini Poppers 1 (16 ounce) jar Mezzetta® Golden Greek Peperoncini, drained 4 ounces cream cheese, softened ½ cup crumbled feta cheese 1 tbsp minced fresh parsley 1 garlic clove, grated 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 large eggs, beaten 2 cups Cheez-it Crackers, crushed in a food processor Vegetable or Canola Oil, for frying Peperoncini Yogurt Sauce ¾ cup Greek yogurt 1 tbsp Mezzetta® Peperoncini Hot Sauce 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp chopped chives 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill Kosher salt, to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Transfer the drained Peperoncini to a paper towel lined plate and set aside. 2. Add the softened cream cheese, feta, parsley and garlic to a mixing bowl and fold with a rubber spatula until combined. Transfer the mixture to a zip top bag and push to one corner . Twist the excess to create a make shift pastry bag. 3. Using the tip of a small knife, cut a slight into the side of each pepper and shake out any brine. 4. Cut the very tip of your “pastry bag” and pipe the filling into each pepperoncini. Set aside. 5. Make a dredging station of flour, eggs and crushed Cheez-It crackers in separate bowls. Toss the peppers in the flour until coated, dip into the egg until coated and then in the crushed crackers. Repeat this process 6. Heat 3 inches of oil to 350°F in a small pot over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add your poppers in batches and fry until golden brown. 7. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the poppers to a paper towel lined plate to drain. 8. Add all of the ingredients for the yogurt sauce to a small bowl and whisk to combine. 9. Serve the poppers warm with the pepperoncini yogurt sauce for dipping. #cheezit #mezzetta #mezzettamakesitbetta #biggamerecipe
