Hey y’all Heather here! If it’s not really obvious by now, we here at CCP love yellow💛. It’s my personal power colour and it makes me feel so happy and joyful whenever I wear it (spoken like a true Autumn). ⁠ ⁠ This yellow #ClosetCoreJo is one of my alltime favourite dresses, and funnily enough, I didn’t even sew it! This was an early sample made by our pattern team while we were developing the pattern. We always make a prelim sample in my size so I can do a wear and fit test and I knew as soon as I tried this on that we had a winner on our hands. Jo is a bit *fancy* but I love how playful it feels in a soft rumpled linen like this one. I brought this on my vacation to Mexico last winter and it was definitely the star of my capsule wardrobe. I’m even considering wearing it to my sister’s wedding this month!.⁠ Pretty sure this one will get worn to dust....⁠ ⁠ pssst... if you like this linen we have more in stock at Core Fabrics. I made mine in @merchantandmills Tumbled Linen 160 and I'm really happy with the finished dress. Although I probably should have taken photos before I spent all day at work and got it all creased, but hey this is real life and I don't mind the creased linen look! #MeMadeWardrobe #MerchantAndMillsFabric #ClosetCorePatterns
