But how can we trust a leader who struggles to manage basic municipal services? This summer, expected water restrictions left many Calgarians bewildered, playing a frustrating game of “Guess when the water will turn off next.” Our city’s infrastructure seems to be in disarray, yet Gondek ascends to a global platform.
