Originally built in 1927, the lido was refurbished in 2015 (apparently using the same tile company as it did back then!)
They’re staying open this autumn/winter to offer cold water swim sessions. The water is around 15 degrees - cold enough to get the blood flowing.
They’re also offering Boxing Day and New Year’s Day swims 😍👌

WIWild Swim 💙
It's the time of year when wild swimming begins to feel easier, with fewer layers and warmer temperatures. Today was my second visit to the river this week, and it was glorious! After some work training, Georgie and I decided to debrief during a swim. Our thoughts seemed clearer, and our decisions bolder here.
As we swam, we were surrounded by sapphire blue dragonflies and the sounds of the birds with not a single other person around. Perhaps more of our work meetings will take place outside from now on!
