Delivery scam alert: Ecom Express & Xpressbees! Let us explain what happened. We are using @ithinklogistics & @shiprocket.in as our shipping aggregator & within them we were using Ecom express, Xpressbees, Bluedart, Smartr, Delivery, DTDC etc. Since past couple of weeks we are seeing 2 scams happening everywhere & I wanted to personally go deep into it practically so while knowing it, I was still using these companies for a while. Result: Scam 01: ECOM EXPRESS is doing a big scam right now with a lot of deliveries. We have a few customers sharing a similar problem with their deliveries especially during the diwali festival. The courier company is opening up the packages in between & repacking them with shitty broken mugs or even sending them empty. Lot of customers have emailed us the exact same mug which is shown in this video which is a RTO order. So I got 100% confirmation of this scam today. Lot of our customers are even receiving broken mugs which are not our mugs as shown in the first half of this video (the brown smaller mugs). SCAM 02: XPRESSBEES & ECOM EXPRESS, both are doing weight discrepancies scam like crazy. All our shipments are around 478gms & the entire volumetric dimension is fed inside the aggregators with picture proof on weighing scale & measurement tape for height, width & length. Still they put mark than 70% orders as 1kg shipments & charge double & put outstanding balance. Now this is where I always speak with the support of shiprocket & ithink logistics. So it’s fine, I never have to pay, as we always have 100% proof of our shipments. But the point is this scam is happening so if you see this, never pay extra without knowing the entire thing. Based on all these scams, now we are only working with Bluedart exclusively inside @ithinklogistics !!! Hope this helps you. Share this with a friend who needs to see this. P.S. Voice is still my favorite form of radio communication. However sending texts over radio has so many benefits. Generally you can get a message sent at a greater distance then voice can be heard clearly. This is all radio, no internet or cell service. These radio can also show your GPS coordinates easily which you could then text to someone on the other end. You can send directed messages to one other person or a group message to multiple radios/people. #radios #offgrid #communication #emergencypreparedness #resilience

Instead of waiting for customers to reach out, we talked about designing systems that prevent the need for contact in the first place.
