I believe that without the painful moments, the struggles, and the frustration you experienced during your recovery, you wouldn’t know yourself as deeply as you do now.⁠ ⁠ Don’t worry if you don’t yet feel like you’re on the path to self-discovery. Everyone has their own journey, and there’s no “right” or “wrong”; we all get there in our own way.⁠ ⁠ Try to listen to yourself and be patient. Look at me: it took years for me to find this path, and honestly? I’m still on it sometimes.⁠ ⁠ Recovery, like self-discovery, is a continuous process.⁠ ⁠ Trust that things will work out, let go of what you can’t control, and keep believing in yourself and your unique journey.⁠ ⁠ 🌿 Because slowly, bit by bit, a stronger, wiser version of yourself returns — just like it did for me after my concussion.⁠ ⁠
