FRCHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH👇
It’s everyones favourite cookie, so I am finally sharing my recipe for the number 1 cookie in the world! A cooke scoop will change your life. Perfectly uniform cookies, just like your favourite cookie shop! The secret to any good cookie is really creaming the vegan butter with the sugar. Trust me, it takes longer than you think! The full recipe is written below!

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup softened vegan butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup apple sauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1-2 tbsp flakey salt
Method:
1. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt together. Set aside.
2. In another large bowl, cream the softened butter with a hand mixer with the brown and white sugar until very smooth. This should take 5ish minutes. Mix in the apple sauce, vanilla extract and combine.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together. The dough will be soft. Mix in the chocolate chips. Cover the dough and let chill in the fridge, ideally overnight. An hour will do if you need cookies now!
4. Preheat your oven to 325F and take your dough out of the fridge to allow it to slightly soften so you can scoop it.
5. Using a cookie scoop, scoop out your cookies and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure the cookie balls are evenly spaced as they will spread. Flatten them slightly with your hand.
6. Baking for 13-14 minutes. Remove and let cool when they are slightly golden. Top with flakey salt and dig in!

Yumuşak tereyağı ve şekeri karıştırma kabına alıp iyice karıştıralım.yumurta sarısını ekleyip tekrar karıştıralım.üzerine tüm kuru malzemeleri ekleyip ele yapışmayan bir hamur elde edelim.eğer elinize yapışıyorsa 1-2 yemek kaşığı un ilave edebilirsiniz.
Videodaki gibi şekil verip önceden ısıtılmış 170° fırında 12 dakika pişirelim fırından çıktıktan sonra soğumasını bekleyelim ve tepsiden alarak dilediğimiz gibi süsleyip servis edelim afiyet olsun.
