NO BAKE cookie dough bar instructions below… -1 ½ Tbsp. (20g) Melted Butter  -1 ¾ Tbsp. (25g) Brown Sugar -¾ Tbsp. (10g) Milk -⅓ Cup (40g) *All-Purpose Flour (heat treated) -⅛ Tsp. Baking Soda -4 Tbsp. Mini chocolate Chips  1. *Microwave the flour in four 30-second increments, stirring between each one. Give it a mix and let it cool. 2. Mix the brown sugar, milk, and butter in a bowl to combine. 3. Add the heated flour and baking soda to the bowl and mix to form a dough. 4. Add the mini chocolate chips and fold them into the dough. 5. Make a dough ball, put it on a plate, and shape it into a bar. Put more chocolate chips on top. 6. S’mores cookie bars Ingredients 1 1/4 (185g) cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste 1/2 cup(100g) light brown sugar 1/3 cup (67g) cup granulated sugar 1 large egg, room temp 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 8 sheets of graham crackers Method: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Make dry batter: In a mixing bowl combine all purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well and set aside. Make wet batter: In a separate bowl add melted butter along with light brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix for 3 min until smooth paste forms . Crack in the egg and add vanilla beans paste, whisk for 2-3 min until the batter light in color. Add the dry batter to the wet batter. Add in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Reserve the remaining for later use. Mix the cookie dough until just combined. Do not over mix the batter. Take a 9*9 baking dish line with parchment paper. Spread a layer of graham crackers on the base. Add half of the cookie batter on top spread it evenly. Add a layer of marshmallows on top. Top it with the remaining chocolate chips. Add the remaining cookie dough on top. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until the cookie marshmallows are melted and cookie dough is lightly golden from the top. m&m cookie bars 🎄 ingredients 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsps. vanilla 3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup mini christmas m&ms directions preheat oven to 350 F. mix together the wet ingredients until combined. add in the dry ingredients and mix until combined. fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s and mix until fully combined and incorporated. pour the cookie dough mixture into the square pan with parchment paper. add the extra m&m’s on top. BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE CHEESECAKE BARS by @wellmadebykiley #Recipe Details: Cookie Dough: - 9 tbsp (128g) butter, browned - 1/2 cup (120g) brown sugar - 1/4 cup (55g) granulated sugar - 1 egg - 1 tbsp (15ml) heavy cream - 1 tsp (4g) vanilla - 1 1/4 cups + 2 tbsp (170g) AP flour - 1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda - 1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder - Pinch of salt - 3/4 cup (150g) choc chips Cheesecake: - 8oz cream cheese - 1/4 cup (52g) greek yogurt - 1/2 cup (110g) granulated sugar - 2 tsp (8g) vanilla - 1 egg, room temp - Pinch salt Ganache: - 4oz dark choc - 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream *Cold ingredients need to come to room temp *Instructions for mini choc chip cookies & whipped cream recipe is on my website Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan (8.5x4.5” or 9x5”) w/ parchment paper. Cookie dough: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt. In a separate bowl, whisk brown butter & both sugars. Whisk in egg. Then, whisk in heavy cream & vanilla. Fold dry ingredients into the wet. Fold in choc chips. Press 1/2 of the cookie dough into the bottom of the loaf pan. Cover & place remaining cookie dough in the fridge. Bake crust at 350F for 12-15 mins, until golden. Remove & cool. Cheesecake: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese. Beat in the sugar, vanilla & salt. Beat in greek yogurt & then egg until just combined. Pour the filling over crust. Set the loaf pan in a larger pan (9x13”) & fill the bigger pan w/boiling water, reaching halfway up the loaf pan. Bake at 350F for 35-40 mins, until edges are set & middle is slightly wobbly. Remove & cool slightly in water bath. Remove from water bath & cool on the counter to room temp. Then chill in fridge for at least 4 hrs or overnight. Chocolate ganache: Add chocolate to a bowl. Heat heavy cream in the microwave until hot (~1 min). Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate & rest for 5 mins. Then, whisk until smooth. Remove cheesecake from fridge & pour chocolate ganache on top. Return to fridge until ganache is set (~10 mins). Top w/ whipped cream; garnish w/ mini cookies. Slice & enjoy! #dessert #foodie #eats #cheesecake #cookiebar #chocolatechip
