Cheeseburger bowls Roasted potatoes -4 medium size potatoes diced -drizzle with avocado oil -Fire & Smoke Society potato slayer seasoning -air fryer 400° 25 min Roasted carrots -Slice about 4 peeled carrots -avocado oil -salt -pepper -sage -roast in oven at 400 25 min Burger -cook and drain about 2 pounds of beef(I used 80/20 because that’s what I had but you could use something leaner) -Traeger Grills Prime rib seasoning Chipotle aioli -1/2 cup mayo -1 can smoke chipotle peppers -1/2 cup Greek yogurt -blend it until smooth and bottle Assemble and enjoy. I couldn’t leave you without the macros so with 6oz of beef here we are 50g protein 40g carbs and 39g fat #newpost #cooking #mealprep #mealprepideas
