RACovrigi Pufoși „Zebra” cu Ciocolată
✅ Ingrediente (≈14 bucăți)
Aluat alb:
• 250 ml lapte călduț
• 40 ml ulei
• 80 g zahăr
• 450 g făină (aprox., cât intră)
• 15 g drojdie proaspătă (sau 7 g uscată)
• 1 ou
• ½ linguriță sare
Aluat cu cacao:
• 250 ml lapte călduț
• 40 ml ulei
• 80 g zahăr
• 400 g făină (aprox., cât intră)
• 30 g cacao
• 15 g drojdie proaspătă (sau 7 g uscată)
• 1 ou
• ½ linguriță sare
Umplutură:
• 200–300 g cremă de ciocolată (Nutella sau preferata ta)

✅ Mod de preparare
1. Aluatul alb:
• Într-un bol, turnăm laptele călduț.
• Adăugăm drojdia, uleiul, oul, sarea și zahărul. Amestecăm.
• Încorporăm făina treptat și frământăm 8–10 minute, până obținem un aluat moale, nelipicios.
• Lăsăm la dospit, acoperit, ≈30 minute sau până își dublează volumul.
2. Aluatul cu cacao:
• Procedăm la fel ca la aluatul alb, adăugând cacao odată cu făina.
• Frământăm până e neted și lăsăm la dospit 30 minute.
3. Modelare:
• Împărțim fiecare aluat în 14 bucăți egale.
• Întindem bucata de aluat alb într-un disc de 8–10 cm.
• Punem deasupra o bucată de aluat cu cacao, întindem ușor.
• Adăugăm 2–3 lingurițe de cremă de ciocolată la mijloc.
• Formăm ruloul, îl lipim și tăiem fâșii (fără să ajungem la bază), apoi răsucim ca în imagine pentru a obține efectul „zebra”.
4. Dospire:
• Așezăm pe tavă cu hârtie de copt și lăsăm la crescut încă 25 minute, acoperiți.
5. Coacere:
• Ungem cu puțin lapte.
• Coacem la 180 °C, 25–30 minute, până devin aurii.
6. Finisare:
• Lăsăm să se răcească ușor și pudrăm cu zahăr.

💜 This dining experience was so much fun! Loved that you have your own station so you can visit with people who have different dietary requirements and preferences and still have an interactive dining experience. We picked the tomato and mushroom soup bases and both were really delicious. There was a great range of plain and pre-marinated meats along with seafood items and veggies to choose from. Loved the sushi items too. My favourite thing in the hotpot was the crispy tofu skin that soaked up all the flavour of the broth. And the marinated lamb was my fave on the BBQ. Decent veggie choices too! Drinks were payable separately by QR code or at the bar.
The interiors were aesthetically pleasing and staff were so helpful. Loved that they came over to top up the soups and change the sheets on the grill pan!
Cannot wait for the Leicester one to open in the summer. Def worth a trip to Cov in the meantime (or popping over to one local to you)!
