伝説のイタリアン 『curation（キュレーション）』さんに、ついに！行ってきました✨
予約日は月2回、インスタで告知されるんですが、
指定日の朝10時から電話回線がパンク状態⚡️
12時頃にやっと繋がっても「満席です」なんて日常茶飯事。
お仕事してるとその時間にかけ続けるなんて無理ですよね😭
苦労して辿り着いたお店は、元々「薬局」だった古民家をリノベーションした素敵な空間🌿
木組みの梁や土壁、レンガの壁が温かくて、
なんと「五右衛門風呂」までディスプレイに残されているんです！
普段とは違う、ゆったりした時間が流れる全16席の特等席。
いただいたのは2,600円のランチコース🍽️
前菜•スープ•フォカッチャ•選べるパスタ
別料金ドリンク•スイーツ
オーダー前にはスタッフさんが丁寧に食材の説明をしてくれるおもてなしも素敵。
運ばれてきた瞬間、思わず声が出る「キュレーションの前菜プレート」は、なんと9種類もの盛り合わせ！🥗
サラダやマリネなど、産地が明記された季節の野菜や果物がふんだんに使われていて、
野菜嫌いも克服できちゃう魔法の味付け。
作り置きじゃなく、一皿ごとに一番美味しい「温度」で提供してくれるこだわりには本当に感動です…！
京都・亀岡野菜のフォカッチャにスープ、
そして選べるパスタ（今回はスペシャリテをチョイス🍝）。
素材の味を生かした優しい味わいで、見た目も美しくて…
「あぁ、これは予約が取れないわけだ」と心から納得しました🥺
予約のハードルは高いけど、絶対に行ってほしい名店。
また頑張って予約取って行きたいな☺️
