↓DECREASE ANXIETY IN 1 MINUTE WITH THIS BREATH - The mind will follow the breath or the breath will follow the mind - Anxiety is when the mind is leading the way and stuck in the past or future potential that hasn’t happened yet - The solution is to let the breath lead the way - When the exhale is two times as long as the inhale, it sends a signal to the body that it is safe and shifts into parasympathetic/rest/digest mode decreasing the anxiety - It is impossible to exhale quickly with a rolled tongue The BREATH IS simple: 1) Breathe in slowly through your nose for four seconds 2) Exhale slowly through a rolled tongue for 8 seconds 3) repeat this for 1 minute total or any time you feel anxious - The mind will drop into the breath, the breath will signal to the body that it is safe and you will relax into the present moment where there is no anxiety - Tension is who we “think” we are; relaxation is who we are Follow and watch my previous videos for more.
