IRIt is time to face the thing that has followed you for years and finally decide that it no longer gets to define you. Eventually, you reach a place where holding onto the story keeps you in it, and choosing to stay there only deepens its grip.

ADIntegrity is used to define the sound, whole, and unimpaired construction of something. The integrity of your glass jar, for example, becomes compromised with a crack in it and as a result, is no longer able to hold the same amount of pressure without bursting.
You are the same way. Everytime you break your word with yourself, you are creating small cracks in your integrity. Now, you are not able to hold the same amount of energy.
That means money, love, joy, etc. All of it is energy.
So if you want to call in more ENERGY into your life, in whatever form, you must start by building up the structural integrity that you hold.
The easiest way to do that is simple.

PHIt sounds like a joke, but it’s actually pointing at something very real about the time depth of Ancient Egypt.
Ancient Egyptian civilization lasted, depending on how you define it, from around 3100 BCE (early dynastic period) to 30 BCE (Roman annexation after Cleopatra VII). That’s over 3,000 years—longer than the span from the fall of Rome to today. So yes, by the time later Egyptians were writing, their own past was already ancient.
Were there actually “ancient Egyptian historians”?
Not in the modern academic sense, but there were clear equivalents:
Scribes (a highly trained elite) recorded events, reigns, religious traditions, and administrative data.
Priests maintained temple archives and preserved myths, king lists, and ritual history.
Royal annalists documented the deeds of pharaohs—often in inscriptions on monuments.
One famous example is the King Lists, like the Turin King List or the list at Abydos, which attempt to catalog rulers going back centuries—even millennia—from the perspective of later Egyptians.
Egyptians studying Egyptians
By the time of the New Kingdom (c. 1550–1070 BCE), Egyptians were already:
Restoring monuments that were over 1,000 years old
Copying texts from earlier periods they considered “classical”
Referencing rulers from the distant past as semi-legendary figures
For example, Ramesses II (13th century BCE) had monuments that imitated styles from much earlier periods to connect himself with a prestigious past.
A true “historian” figure
A standout example closer to what we’d call a historian is Manetho (3rd century BCE). Writing in Greek under the Ptolemies, he compiled a history of Egypt dividing it into dynasties—a system historians still use today. From his perspective, early pharaohs were already over 2,000 years in the past.
Why this feels so striking
Most civilizations don’t last long enough to develop a deep sense of “ancient past” within themselves. Egypt did, which led to:
Cultural continuity across millennia
A strong tradition of preserving and revering antiquity
A layered history where “ancient” Egyptians studied even more ancient Egyptians
