GRwe’re almost to the finish line!!
the first 3 weeks were where the meat of this reset was:
- giving my life an audit
- making sure my vision was still aligned
- moving through the decision fatigue framework
- resetting my routines
the rest of this is really about following through on what I said I was going to do and implementing everything one day at a time.
it’s crazy how much that initial friction can prevent you from getting where you want to go. because once I got past that initial hump, it’s honestly been quite simple to keep things going.
and now just 4 weeks later, I have a:
- solid night routine
- solid morning routine
- structure for tracking progress
- more focused approach to reaching my goals
- more balanced mindset around my goals
- whole heck of a lot less decision fatigue
