PI4 habits that are proven to kill your laziness, read this if you’re tired of wasting time ⬇️
1. Sit in silence for 10 minutes every morning
No phone. No music. Just you and your mind. You’ll realize how noisy your thoughts are, and that you’ve never really been alone with them. Master this, and you build mental control.
2. Set 3 random timers throughout the day
When a timer goes off, do 20 pushups. It shocks your system, breaks lazy patterns, and teaches you to act despite how you feel.
3. Use the 2-minute rule
Whatever you’re avoiding, tell yourself: “I’ll just do 2 minutes.” Writing, cleaning, reading, working out. 9 out of 10 times, you’ll keep going. Starting is the hardest part.
4. Do a Discipline Dice Roll (1–6)
Roll once a day and complete the task that lands:
1. 50 pushups
2. No sugar all day
3. Text someone you’ve been avoiding
4. Journal for 5 minutes
5. Take a cold shower
6. Meditate with no distractions for 10 minutes
