LI(This is the story of my student)
When she came to me she was so devasted and angry. She was lost and crying like baby .
She just wanted solutions for her marriage because relationship between her and her husband became so toxic that they were planning to take divorce.
When we started sessions we found she was repeating the pattern of her parents and her own home where she never got happiness and appreciation because of her strict father and abusive mother.
We started her Innerchild healing .
1st session:
Understood her childhood and released her anger and aggression with all anxiety and fears.
I made her to do Burning Bowl 🥣
2nd session:
Worked on her beliefs and turned all disempowering beliefs into empowering beliefs.
3rd session:
Took couple session and understood the problems and misunderstanding between them and made them realised how easily you can love each other and live together ❤️
4th session :
Worked on her scarcity mindset and aggression by finding her values 👏 and she felt amazed.
5th and powerful session:
Powerful visualisation where she met her inner child and did forgiveness with her and bring her back in future with smile.
6th and final session:
Made her talk to her parents and released all anger and anxiety and her parents also understood gently and gave her love and warmth.
