INGREDIENTS: 5 mini kosher dill pickles (not sliced or spears, full pickles) 3 eggs, hard boiled 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste Paprika, for garnish RECIPE: 1. Cut the pickles in half lengthwise then carefully scoop out the insides. Set aside. 2. In a bowl, add in the yolks from the hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir to evenly mix. 3. Place the egg yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe each pickle half full of the egg mixture. Garnish with paprika. This week the recipe was published in La’Isha magazine and today it’s also available on their website with all the preparation steps, tips, and highlights ✨ Ingredients: • 6 eggs • 1.5 liters water • 1 large beet • 1 lemon • 1 flat tsp salt • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream • 1 tsp mustard • Pinch of salt • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Boil the eggs for 8–10 minutes, then transfer to a bowl of cold water. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a bowl or container. 3. Peel the beet, cut it into small cubes, and place in a pot. Add water, salt, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then let cool. 4. Remove the beet cubes from the water and pour the beet-colored water over the eggs (add a bit more water if it doesn’t cover the eggs completely). 5. Let the eggs soak in the beet water in the fridge for three hours or overnight (no longer than that). 6. Cut the eggs in half, transfer the yolks to a bowl, and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, a pinch of salt, and ground black pepper. (If the texture is crumbly, add a bit more mayonnaise.) 7. Fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag. Garnish with fresh herbs, edible flowers, black pepper, or crushed chili—whatever you love!

Comment PICKLE to get the recipe sent to you DMs Ingredients 12 large eggs • 4 oz whipped cream cheese • ⅓ cup sour cream • ½ packet ranch seasoning • 2–3 tsp pickle juice • Hot sauce, to taste • Salt, to taste • ¾ cup finely chopped dill pickles • 2 tbsp finely chopped scallions • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese • 2–3 tbsp finely chopped bacon • Potato chips (for topping) • Pickle pieces (for topping) Instructions 1️⃣Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the eggs and boil for 11 minutes. Run under cold water then peel and slice eggs horizontally. 2️⃣Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork until fine. Mix in Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, 2 tsp pickle juice, hot sauce, and salt until smooth. 3️⃣Add chopped pickles, green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon, and fresh dill and mix. . Taste and add salt and/or more pickle juice if you like. 4️⃣Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture with a spoon or piping bag. Top with a potato chip and a small piece of pickle. ✨Make Ahead Eggs can be boiled and peeled up to 2 days ahead. Filling can be made up to two days ahead and refrigerated. I’m thinking we poach an egg in beet juice next, what do you think? 🌷 Also, eggs are pricey, so if you were planning on dying eggs this weekend, why not make it so you can eat them too! I mean we are all kiddos at heart. And there’s two ways you can make these, pickled or just dyed pink. I just boiled some beets and kept the leftover water to soak the eggs in! If you want to do a tangy pickled version, do half of this beet water and half vinegar. A little vinegar def helps the color stick! For the filling, I just used mayo, mustard, salt n pep to taste! I blended with an immersion blender and put in a piping bag so I could make it cute! I loveee the way a bright yolk looks, so you could add turmeric if it’s not super bright! Top with 🌸edible flowers, chives, and fresh dill!

Pretty Loaded Deviled Eggs Ingredients • 12 large eggs • 3 cups (720ml) canned or jarred beet juice • 4 tbsp (45g) sweet relish • 4 tbsp (60g) crème fraîche • 2 tsp (10g) Dijon mustard • 2 tbsp (heaping, 10g) chives, finely chopped • 2 oz (56g) avocado, diced • ¾ tsp (3g) onion powder • 1 tsp (4g) sriracha • ½ tsp (2g) smoked paprika • Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste • 3.5 oz (100g) pancetta, finely diced • 1 cup (160g) shredded cheddar cheese Garnish • Chopped chives • 3 tbsp (24g) grated cheddar cheese • Paprika • Truffle chips (optional) Instructions 1 Boil the Eggs: ◦ Place eggs in a medium pot and cover with water (about 1 inch / 2.5cm above the eggs). ◦ Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, then turn off the heat and cover. ◦ Let sit for 12 minutes, then transfer eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes. Peel carefully. 2 Pickle the Eggs: ◦ Place peeled eggs in a bowl and cover with beet juice. ◦ Let sit for at least 30 minutes (for mild color) or 2+ hours for deeper pickling. (Overnight in the fridge yields the best results.) Bloody Mary Deviled Eggs 12 eggs 1/4 cup mayo Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp horse radish 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp pickle juice 1 tsp hot sauce (I used Texas Pete’s) 1 tsp celery seed 1 tsp @am.niccoli.salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 tbsp Old Bay (we prefer Bubba Gump Shrimp Seasoning🤣 but not as common) Celery leaves, garnish Sliced pickles, garnish Start off by hard boiling your eggs. If you want to make peeling your eggs go smoothly, STEAM your eggs. I steam my eggs for at least 10 minutes and put them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Peel your eggs. To prevent ripping the whites I suggest cutting the eggs similar to how you cut an avocado (around the yolk). Place all yolks in a medium bowl and set whites aside. To the yolks, add mayo, lemon, hot sauce, horse radish, tomato paste, celery seed, pickle juice, salt and pepper. Mash everything together until relatively smooth. Scoop yolk mixture into piping bag or plastic ziplock bag and cut a small sliver of the corner. Dip inside half of egg whites into the seasoning, as shown. Fill each white half with even parts of yolk mixture. Garnish with pickle slices and celery leaves. Serve with additional celery stalks, pickles, and maybe an actual bloody mary or 2🤣 and enjoy! #deviledeggs #bloodymary #mocktail #recipes #appetizers #egg #eggrecipes #brunch #brunchideas #easter #easterdishes
