Workout details ⬇️ -20 Rounds: Every minute perform rep scheme 4-3-2-1 of the prescribed movements. -Remaining time in the minute is rest -This really isn’t too challenging until the back half when the grip and shoulders start to catch up. -Go with a steady pace and shoot for about 30-35 seconds rest per round. -Ensure good ROM and smooth transitions. Workout details+Tips ⬇️ —>In 15 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible. Each Round, movements go up by 1 rep. Der Devil Press kombiniert funktionelle Bewegungsmuster, die dir auch zB bei Wall Balls oder beim Sled Push helfen – und dich definitiv auch mental wachsen lassen, wenn du sie entsprechend fordernd einbaust. 🔁 Wichtig: 👉🏼 Technik grundsätzlich vor Gewicht.
