Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Chop the apples into small cubes or grate them finely. 3. In a large bowl, mix oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger powder, and a pinch of salt. 4. Add the chopped apples and melted coconut oil to the bowl, mixing well to coat evenly. 5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking tray in an even layer. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp. 7. Which just does not help in fitness but also gives you ☺️Happy vibes: Exercise releases endorphins, which make you feel good, kind of like a happy juice box for your brain! 💪 Fight off yucky stuff: Regular activity makes your body stronger to fight off colds and other illnesses. 🧠Sharper brain: Moving helps blood flow to your brain, making you think better and focus more. 🏃‍♀️More energy: It might seem strange, but exercise actually gives you more energy throughout the day!
