INGREDIENTS 12 count King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls 1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp BBQ sauce Pepper jack cheese slices Shredded colby jack cheese Crispy fried onions 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 tbsp melted butter Sesame seeds INSTRUCTIONS Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Cook 1 lb of ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Once the ground beef is browned, drain any extra grease from the skillet. Add the minced garlic and BBQ sauce. Stir well. Slice King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls in half and put the bottom of the rolls in a greased baking dish or on a sheet pan. Add a layer of pepper jack cheese. Add the ground beef on top of the cheese. Top the ground beef with shredded colby jack cheese, some crumbled bacon, and crispy fried onions. Top with a little bit more BBQ sauce if desired! Put the tops of the slider rolls on and brush them with melted butter. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10-15 minutes. Crispy, Juicy Middle Eastern Meat-Stuffed Pitas with a Garlic Tahini Sauce 🥙 Ingredients: -4 small pitas, cut in half -1 yellow onion, grated & squeezed dry -7 garlic cloves, minced -2 tbsp tomato paste -1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped -1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional but excellent) -1 tbsp olive oil -1 lb (0.45 kg) lean ground beef -Spices: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp allspice For the Garlic Tahini Sauce: -1/2 cup Greek yogurt -3 tbsp tahini -1/2 lemon, juiced -2 garlic cloves, minced -2 tbsp olive oil -1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped -1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped -1 tsp each: cumin, salt, pepper, paprika Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grate your onion and squeeze every last drop of liquid out using paper towel or cheesecloth. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, tomato paste, minced garlic, all the spices, parsley, cilantro (if using), and that very dry grated onion. Mix with your hands for about 2 minutes. 3. Cut each pita in half. If they don’t already have a pocket, carefully use a knife to make one. Now, pack them with your beef mixture — and I mean stuff them. You want them full but not bursting (ripped pita = heartbreak). 4. Crisp ’Em Up: Brush the outsides of the stuffed pitas lightly with olive oil. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Place each arayes meat-side down and sear for 1–2 minutes until you get that gorgeous crust. Then sear the pita sides until golden and crisp. 5. Transfer the seared arayes to a baking sheet and finish them in the oven for 10–15 minutes, until fully cooked through. 6. While they bake, whisk together all the garlic tahini sauce ingredients in a bowl. Taste and adjust lemon, salt, or garlic levels to your liking. 7. When the arayes are hot out of the oven, optionally brush them with melted garlic herb butter. Totally optional… but trust me, it hits. Enjoy! 🫡

Slice fillets like a “book,” pound lightly. 2. Spread cream cheese, add onion + pepper, close. 3. Season, add lemon juice. 4. Place in baking paper “bowls.” 5. Cook rice, prep broccoli with garlic. 6. Bake chicken at 200°C / 390°F for 25 min. 7.
