Thanks to my fabulous friends & coach @samir_freediver & @mathilde_in_blue that are training me since my very first AIDA level (best club! => @apnee_martinique_one_breath ) but also to a great equipement level up as well (how was I freediving without Carbon fins & proper suit before ?!!) Guys…! I broke my personal record!! I was able to dive to 33 metters 🤩 yes 33 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 Saturday my best dive was at 27 and yesterday the first dive after the warm up was already 29,8 and then it went to 32 and then 33 😱😍 6m difference in 1 day is crazy to me ..! And I’m pretty sure being able to dive with Davide & practicing yoga before helped a looooot 🥰🥳 I’m super super proud and happy that I completed this goal in such a cool context & with people I love 💗 I wonder what’s next in my Apnea journey 🤩🤩wOuhouuuu🤩🤩 #apneemartinique #martiniqueapnee #CaribbeanApnea #martinique

Last year I’ve set a new world record in freediving, reaching 125 meters on a single breath. It’s not just a test of physical endurance, but mental toughness against cold, darkness, and crushing pressure at depths few dare to explore.
Top 3 facts about the dive ⬇️
1. World Record: I held my breath for 4 minutes and 32 seconds, reaching a depth of 125 meters.
2. Pressure Management: Equalizing the pressure in my ears, sinuses and making sure my lungs are compressed without injuries, all of these was critical to avoid pain and freefall into abyss.
3. The Riskiest Moment: The final 30 meters of the ascent are the most dangerous—this is where most blackouts happen due to rapidly expanding air in the lungs and last bits of oxygen and energy reserves.

XIwhen the body enters freefall, effort disappears and gravity takes over. movements stops, sound fades, and the heart settles into the stillness.
freefall is an advanced technique will be learned in AIDA3 course. without proper supervision there are some risks. always practice with a trained buddy or instructor.

XU15 meters/ 50 feet of free diving, no tank no tube just my lungs and my fins….this was my last dive on this trip… I think it’s sufficient to say I am hooked.
