Wellbeing is the foundation for everything: our music, our energy, and our career. When we're taking care of ourself, we don’t just survive the grind—we thrive in it. It starts with making sure we're performing at our best, both on stage and in the studio. That means being physically fit and full of energy, fuelled by good sleep, nutrition, and movement that keeps us sharp. It’s also about protecting our mental health—staying focused, handling stress, and avoiding the burnout that so many artists in our scene face. And don’t forget our hearing! Let’s be real—our ears are our biggest asset in this game, so looking after them isn’t really optional. But it goes beyond the music. Wellbeing is about balancing everything in our lives: nurturing the relationships that matter, managing our finances so money stress doesn’t cloud our creativity, and staying connected to our emotions, especially when sh!t gets real and the lows hit hard. Wellbeing also taps into a deeper side of us as artists—staying connected to our purpose. Why did we start making music in the first place? What drives us to keep going? That spiritual connection can fuel our creativity, often in ways that nothing else can. When we're in good shape—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually—it all clicks. Our music gets better, our performances hit harder, and we feel more in control of our journey.
