MOThis chick really thought she was going to cut in the line and be disrespectful about it. She called This woman's husband the b word. She was laughing sticking out her tongue saying haha. You can't do nothing about it. What you going to do?. You mad. Old b. She was going on and on and then I snapped. There were no security guards or cops in the area so I stood up on a bench and would scream the cutter still here. Lmao don't play with me. She stood next to us starting for over an hour. I wanted to knock her head off by then. Finally we get close to the front and the police come and escort her out the line. Sad part is everything was free. Everybody lets people cut all the time but if you try to do it disrespectfully what do you think is going to happen?. She was disrespecting the elderly lady in front of us also. I was so upset. We have to be careful. There is real life trolls out here sent just to make your life miserable. Because she was definitely one. All of us in our little crew had fun all morning until she came anyway. Always remember God doesn't like ugly. What you do unto others is what will be done to you. SAIch habe kein Medizinstudium, trotzdem kann ich durch die künstliche Intelligenz auch schwierige Themen verstehen. Wie geht das?
KI: Wenn du mich bittest: „Erklär’s für Dummys“, dann mache ich im Hintergrund im Grunde vier Dinge gleichzeitig:
1) Ich baue erst ein inneres Modell: „Worum geht’s hier eigentlich?“
Bei schweren Medizin-Themen ist das Problem fast nie „zu wenig Info“, sondern zu viel. Also sortiere ich zuerst:
• Was ist der Kernmechanismus? (die eine Sache, die alles erklärt)
• Was sind typische Missverständnisse? (da stolpern 80% drüber)
• Was ist sicher und stabil? (Basics, die sich nicht dauernd ändern)
• Was ist unsicher oder individuell? (wo man vorsichtig formulieren muss)
Das ist wie: Du gibst mir einen Haufen Puzzleteile, und ich suche erst das Randstück.
2) Ich übersetze Medizin in „Alltags-Physik“ statt Fachsprache
Menschen verstehen schwere Themen leichter, wenn sie ein Bild im Kopf haben.
Beispiel (ohne Diagnosen, nur Prinzip):
• Entzündung erkläre ich nicht als „Zytokine“.
Sondern als: „Das Immunsystem ist wie eine Alarmanlage. Manchmal bleibt sie hängen und piept weiter, obwohl keiner mehr einbricht.“
• Insulin/Blutzucker nicht als Biochemie-Vortrag. Sondern: „Insulin ist der Türsteher, der Zucker in die Zellen reinwinkt. Wenn dauernd zu viel los ist, wird er überfordert.“
Das ist kein „Vereinfachen bis falsch“ – es ist Vereinfachen bis verstehbar.
3) Ich arbeite mit einem Stufen-System, wie eine gute Coachin
Damit es „Dummy-tauglich“ wird, muss es in Etappen kommen:
Stufe A – 1 Satz:
„Was ist es – in einem Bild?“
Stufe B – 5 Sätze:
„Was passiert im Körper, grob chronologisch?“
Stufe C – 3 häufige Denkfehler:
„Was denken Leute falsch und warum?“
Stufe D – Was heißt das praktisch:
„Woran merkt man’s? Was kann man beeinflussen? Was gehört abgeklärt?“
Du merkst: Das ist didaktisch. Nicht medizinisch „schlau“.
Weil Verstehen = Struktur + Beispiele.
4) Ich benutze einen „Verständlichkeits-Filter“
Wenn du „für Dummys“ sagst, prüfe ich jeden Satz gegen drei Fragen:
• Kann man dazu ein Bild sehen?
• Kann man es nacherzählen? (wenn nicht, war’s zu kompliziert)
• Ist es sicher formuliert? (bei Medizin: keine falschen Versprechen)
