ECThe trailer of Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Gated conversion by ECPS Group.
Our team made from scratch all necessary components to convert E-gear Murcielago LP640 to Manual. We fitted complete gear selector and connected by linkage shaft to engage gears. During R&D process we improved gated gear selector internal section to achieve smother gears selecting. Pedal box, servo system, clutch cylinder have been made and fitted to the car including the engine with gearbox.
This entire project is more than gated conversion only. We restore this car from the bare frame, like You can see from our previous posts. Complete chassis have been refurbished. SV exterior bodykit made from scratch by our carbon parts department. Complete change of body color by our painting dep. Full renovation of suspensions, by powdering coating all metal elements, cleaning aluminium and composite components, changing all bushings, ball joints, track rods, track rods ends for new. Engine Overhaul. Currently doing complete carbon SV interior and reupholstery entire interior to black alcantara with green matching SV pattern accents, and building electronic software on our gated conversion.

Although we strongly suggest to get the car shipped to us with lots of advantages during making the conversion.
The range of the works during the conversion:
- overall car inspection based on our 18 years experience with Murcielago and it's weak points,
- disassembly the back of the car and taking the engine out,
- steaming engine bay area and engine,
- removal e-gear system from the car,
- assembly gated selector with base and gearbox mount with designed support which allows to set up gears,
- setting up gearbox forks,
- cutting out the center tunnel hole for gated selector fitment,
- reassembly pedalbox with clutch pedal, clutch pumps and clutch wires,
- putting the engine back in the car,
- fluids and filtering elements replacing,
- bounding our designed carbon fiber reinforcement to the center tunnel to recover body stiffness after cutting out the hole for gear selector fitment,
- assembly center console panel with updated window switches,
- reassembly spedometer face with our designed one same as original spedometer,
- removal of reverse button switch in the side buttons panel,
- assembly engine bay panels and rear end parts.

ACStill a month to go until we're back to school, here we celebrate a year of impact!🥳
Through our Education and Community Engagement Programmes (ECPs) at Acosta Dance Foundation, we delivered 18 workshops across 8 schools in academic year 2024/25. A total of 296 participants, including 268 students and 28 teachers, were benefited, with 35.5 hours of creative, inclusive dance education.🎉
These programmes are designed to nurture confidence, creativity, and a sense of belonging, using the transformative power of dance rooted in rich Cuban traditions. By engaging students and teachers alike, we spark curiosity, cultural awareness, and lifelong learning, all while strengthening our local school communities.🎈

MII still remember this moment in 2018 clearly. I was nervous. It was my first presentation for the department providing them with an overview of my research agenda.
The topic: Racial Trauma: A Qualitative Investigation of Intersectional Experiences of Discrimination.
At that time, “racial trauma” wasn’t as widely discussed as it is today. Many spaces were still hesitant to explore how race, identity, and systemic inequity intersect to shape mental health outcomes.
But when I presented this work at Agnes Scott College, they leaned in. They affirmed that this scholarship was essential and mattered.
That openness made all the difference at that point in my career. It was one of the first times my research was received without hesitation or pushback and that affirmation validated my desire to keep going.
To the early-career psychologists, scholars, and practitioners finding your way:
• Trust the truth that lives in your questions.
• Do the work even when it feels ahead of its time.
• And remember: sometimes you’re not just researching a topic, you’re helping language an experience the world hasn’t yet learned how to name.
You never know where your path will lead, but it always starts with the courage to begin.

We all know that our journey studying, becoming a pharmacist and up-skilling often involves the completion of a public health promotion project. It can be hard to think of ideas however, there are many unique topics to choose from when working in a rural area🌟
For example, in my intern year I did a project on eye health involving screening people at risk of retinopathy and referring them to local ophthalmology clinics that the pharmacy partnered with. This is because diabetes and eye disease is so prevalent in rural Australia.
Last year, I helped an intern complete her project on asthma inhaler technique but taking her to the Aboriginal Health Service where she set up a little display and had conversations with patients while they waited for their clinic appointments.
The health burden in rural areas is different to the city. There will be conditions you treat often in a rural setting that you don’t see commonly in metro practice. That’s where the opportunity lies to do something different and make an impact!💊
