Two types of schooling: Electrical Trainee Programs that you must pay for and then find employment or Apprenticeship- Only three programs in CA that are federally approved programs ( IBEW, Associated Builders and Contractors, WECA ). A long line for free top tier training programs. Typical wait can be 2 years for a callback to test. However the pay and benefits beat any other school. Best way to enter? Attend any pre apprenticeship programs that will move you to the top of the list!! LFG!!!💯🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀☑️
