Stop getting your ears pierced with Gun, I just removed embedded earring. #1 problem with getting your ears pierced with a gun is that the gun slams the back of the earring all the way up til it presses flat against the ear which allows no room for the piercing to swell or get air behind the disc, as the ear tissue swells the earring becomes embedded! Just because it works for you doesn't mean it'll work for the next person, different strokes for different folks! Clients with embedded earrings often present with ear pain, swelling, erythema and purulent drainage from the site of the piercing. The area is usually quite tender to the touch.Embedded earrings should be removed as soon as possible to avoid infection. #saynotopiercingguns #majoiepiercer

A double tragus is possible but it has to be in the correct way! 👂🏼 The anatomy has to be right and doing it on an average size tragus with two standard size posts at the same time is a risk. This backing has fully embedded and the skin has closed over. There would be no way to push the short post and smooth flat back through at this stage. In a piercing day I will say the word ‘no’ a lot and sometimes it makes me worry! BUT when I see things like this I know I’m making the right decision saying them ‘no’s’ and even though it might mean a more uncomfortable discussion I with a client its 100% in their best interest.
