INGREDIENTS
40g Oats
90ml Skim milk
10g protein powder
10g Shredded coconut
15g Nestle Top ‘N’ Fill Caramel (or 2 blended medjool dates)
15g Milk chocolate melts
METHOD
1. Add protein and milk in a container and whisk to combine.
Add oats, coconut and milk. Stir to combine and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
2. Top with caramel. If you can’t get an even layer, mix it into your oats. Alternatively, blend two medjool dates with a bit of water and top your oats with it. Top with melted chocolate.
Sprinkle with sea salt (optional) and place in the fridge until the chocolate is set.
