This vine can help eliminate diabetes, reduce inflammation, & end immune disorders 🤯 Cat’s Claw is one of the Amazon’s most respected healing protectors. For centuries, indigenous healers have used it for chronic illnesses that even most doctor’s can’t fix… Here’s what makes it different ⬇️ 🌿 Stabilized blood sugar 🌿 Regulates immune imbalances 🌿 Eases joint inflammation + nerve pain 🌿 Strengthens gut lining + calms GI flare-ups 🌿 Aids liver detox pathways Why is Cat’s Claw so powerful? Here’s what most people don’t know… Cat’s Claw contains alkaloids that help “train” your immune cells to respond more intelligently. That’s why it’s been used across the Amazon for conditions that modern medicine struggles with 😳 If you’re using it for chronic issues, consistency matters 💯 Most people feel the difference with 1–2 cups daily, especially when dealing with blood sugar swings, inflammation, or lingering pain. If you’re ready to experience the deep powerful healing this herb provides, try out our Cat’s Claw - wild-harvested & sourced directly from the Amazon Rainforest. 🌴 👉🏽Reply “CAT” for our cats claw tea blend. 👉🏽Reply “GUT TEA” for our digestive tea which also contains cats claw

Cats Claw can be described as an alterative, a remedy that helps the body to regulate its functions and restoring proper balance rather than affecting bodily systems with some kind of shock effect. Native people describe it as a gate opener, referring to its properties of clearing obstructions of the gasto-intestinal system. It can therefore be used as a supportive medicine in many chronic conditions, as well as a supportive cancer remedy that helps to alleviate negative side-effects of chemotherapy while supporting the healing process with its own anti-tumor and immune system enhancing properties. The plant seems particularly useful in the treatment of chronic problems of the digestive system and has helped where other herbs have failed to break patterns of digestive disorders, especially if these involve cramps and convulsions, as the plant has a relaxant effect on the smooth muscles of the digestive tract. Cat’s Claw has proved useful as an antioxidant, preventing cell damage from scavenging free radicals and showed antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. While it does not appear to reduce the swelling of arthritic joints, it does reduce their painfulness. Today it is employed in a wide range of chronic conditions, including stomach ulcers, Crohn’s disease and other intestinal and bowel disorders, genital herpes, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, cancer and HIV. He found 4 oxindole alkaloids that Una de Gato enhanced the immune system by extending the half-life of the lymphocytes, the white blood cells responsible for fighting infection, rather than having a direct effect on their proliferation. They also seemed to enhance their actual ability to fight disease causing organisms. #explore #explorepage #fyp #viral #blowup

7 herbs every woman should know about 🌿✨ In honor of Women’s History Month, I wanted to share a few herbs that have been traditionally used to support women’s bodies for generations — from hormone balance to nourishment and energy. The 7 herbs I’m highlighting: 🌿 Red Clover 🌿 Maca Root 🌿 Ashwagandha 🌿 Shatavari 🌿 Black Cohosh 🌿 Nettle 🌿 Moringa Out of all of these, the ones I personally reach for the most are red clover, maca root, nettle, and moringa. I love incorporating them into my routine because they’re known to support things like hormonal balance, iron and blood health, stress support, and overall nourishment for the body. Women have always held knowledge about plant medicine. Sometimes we just have to relearn what our grandmothers already knew. 🌱 If you’re starting your herbal journey, these are beautiful herbs to become familiar with. ✨ Which one have you tried before? ✨ Or which one are you curious about learning more about? Let’s talk in the comments. 👇🏾 #WomensHistoryMonth #HerbalWisdom #PlantMedicine #WomensWellness #NaturalHealing HolisticLiving HerbalEducation RootedInNature

It’s funny how quickly something gets labeled “woo woo” the moment women start talking about herbs or natural healing. And yet - some of the most respected minds in history believed deeply in the healing potential of nature. In fact, a significant percentage of pharmaceutical medications were originally derived from plant compounds. • The compound in foxglove led to medications used for heart conditions • The Pacific yew tree became the source of one of the most widely used chemotherapy drugs • Morphine was developed from the opium poppy • Many modern anti-inflammatory compounds trace back to plant origins For thousands of years, cultures around the world have worked with the body - using plants, minerals, and nourishment as support, not force. Sometimes what gets dismissed as “alternative”… is simply wisdom we’ve forgotten how to recognize. Not because it’s outdated - but because it doesn’t fit into a system built on quick fixes. Mother Nature isn’t random. Her wisdom has been quieted for too long - it’s time we start listening again. And that belief is exactly why I created the Mixhers blends the way I did. If you’re wanting to support your body in a way that actually works with it naturally, you can explore the Mixhers blends by clicking on the link in my bio (I have a code for you 🩷 “Cody”)

Here are some signs an herb may just not be for you: 1. You chose the herb because it’s trendy and everyone is using it. Herbal trends come and go. There’s no need to chase the newest, trendiest herb. I always prefer the tried-and-true plants backed by years of traditional use. 2. The energetics of the herb aren’t right for your body. If you’re a hot-natured person who tends toward dryness and you take a hot, dry herb like turmeric for inflammation, you may only exacerbate those qualities. Choose herbs that help bring balance. 3. It’s difficult to find good-quality preparations of the herb. If the only chamomile you can find is dusty and brown, it may be better to choose an herb you can obtain fresh and of good quality. 4. You’re not noticing any change after taking it for a while. If you’ve been taking an herb or formula for weeks and your symptoms aren’t budging, it may simply not be the right herb for you. 5. It isn’t sustainably grown or ethically wildcrafted. This one goes for everyone. Choose herbs that minimize our footprint on vulnerable plant communities and ecosystems. What am I missing? How do you know when an herb isn’t right for you? 🌿

🌿✨ Five Plants I Love for Pain and Inflammation✨🌿 1. Turmeric Known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric contains curcumin, which may help reduce pain and swelling. Fun fact: It’s the vibrant yellow spice that gives curry its color! 🌟 Find it in our GOLDEN HOUR blend 2. Willow Bark Often referred to as “nature’s aspirin,” willow bark has been used for centuries to alleviate pain. Its active ingredient, salicin, works similarly to aspirin. 🌳 Discover it in our HERBAL ASPIRIN 3. Ginger This spicy root is fantastic for reducing muscle pain and soreness, plus it may help with inflammation. Did you know ginger has been used in traditional medicine for over 2,000 years? 🍵 Find it in many of our tea blends. 4. Boswellia Also known as frankincense, boswellia is celebrated for its ability to support joint health and reduce inflammation. It’s been a staple in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. There’s a reason the wise men gave it to Jesus! 5. Devil’s Claw This unique plant is known for its potent anti-inflammatory effects, especially for arthritis and lower back pain. Fun fact: Its name comes from the spiky hooks on its fruit! If you or anyone you know, has experienced pain or discomfort, try experimenting with these wonderful plants.

This Jamaican root is selling fast for a reason 🪵✨ Jamaican Chaney Root (Smilax balbisiana) is traditionally used in Caribbean herbal medicine as a tonic herb. In herbal literature, it’s commonly described as rich in iron, which is why it’s associated with “building the blood” and helping with fatigue or weakness. For women, this matters during menstruation because iron levels can drop due to blood loss, so iron-rich foods or herbs are sometimes used traditionally to support energy and blood health during the cycle.
