When your nervous system learns to fire fast and relax just as fast, you unlock elastic force, faster reflexes, and movement that feels almost effortless. Modern performance science shows the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) isn’t just for chill it’s the secret ingredient in recovery, motor control, and high-velocity output.
