Both are Ni-driven (introverted intuition) in which they have an ideal vision of their aesthetics. Imaginative or conceptual.
How can you spot the difference? (Through their dressing)
INFJ’s are more in tune with their emotions and emotions of others (Fe - Extraverted Feeling as their secondary function) in which makes them appear softer in demeanor, for example, more sensual and feminine in dressing. Their style can fluctuate from time to time as they try to adapt to their surroundings.
INTJs are not devoid of emotions but rather prioritizes on a specific goal and rationality (Te - Extraverted Thinking, secondary function) of their image. It is more of a considered, strategic approach rather than based on personal values and so they appear more intimidating and cold. They do not adapt as much for others and there is a pattern in their dressing.
Both have Se - Extraverted Sensing as their inferior function which causes them to care a lot about their appearance or absolutely oblivious to it. And this can cause them to dress rebelliously (to not conform to reality, in which relates to their shadow type).
