An FDA approved pill. With a biological chip inside it. You swallow it, it dissolves in your stomach, and it sends a signal confirming that you took it. That’s not medicine. That’s surveillance. They’re calling it “compliance.” I’m calling it a line that once crossed, does not uncross. Because today it’s for medication tracking. Tomorrow it’s insurance eligibility. After that it’s treatment approval. Then it’s benefits, coverage, access, compliance scores, and consequences for opting out. If your body becomes a data point, consent becomes conditional. And if you don’t think this will ever be suggested for children, mandated for certain diagnoses, or tied to school, insurance, or employment, you haven’t been paying attention to how fast “optional” becomes “required.” Health should empower the body, not monitor it. Parents deserve transparency, choice, and sovereignty over what enters their bodies and their children’s bodies. Full stop. If this makes your intuition fire off, trust that. 👇🏼 START HERE 👇🏼 Follow @make_kids_healthy_again Comment START and I’ll send you where to begin Join the email list at makekidshealthyagain.com

I said what I said 🤷🏼‍♀️ The FDA is partially funded by the very industry it regulates. That’s not conspiracy. That’s structure. Faster approvals? Great for access. But speed shifts more responsibility onto post-marketing surveillance meaning some risks only show up after millions of people are already using a product. Approval reflects the evidence available at the time. It does not equal future-proof certainty. And regulatory status alone? It’s one data point. Not a halo. Not a guarantee. Not a substitute for critical thinking. Ask better questions. Look at full context. Understand how systems actually work. Blind trust isn’t science. Furthermore nothing I promote are pharmaceutical drugs, or food products, and supplements are not regulated by the FDA. So the point is moot.

The Department of Health and Human Services this week directed the FDA to explore a rule revising the “Substances Generally Recognized As Safe” loophole. So what does that really mean? The FDA currently allows companies to independently determine whether certain ingredients are safe. That’s reviewed by a panel… which has 100% conflict of interest in the outcome. And one approved ingredient sent 39 people to the ER. Watch our reporting to learn how we got here.

Breaking news! We need your help! Yesterday, the @fda announced it is taking steps to Improve Gluten Ingredient Disclosure in Foods by issuing an Request or Information (RFI) regarding labeling Gluten and preventing cross-contact of Gluten in packaged food, as a follow up to Jax Bari's FDA Citizen Petition filed in 2023. “Today, we advance the MAHA Strategy’s directive by demanding radical transparency in packaged food ingredients that affect health conditions and diet-related allergies,” Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr. said. “Americans deserve clear, reliable information about what’s in their food and how it’s made. Public input calling for honest labeling will protect consumers, prevent harm, and Make America Healthy Again.” 87 other countries require the labeling of Gluten (Wheat, Barley, Rye and Oats). Since 2006, only Wheat has been required to be labeled, but but Barley, Rye and Oats. It's time for the US to catch up. Here's how you can help: The FDA is allowing 60 days for feedback and comments on the RFI. Specifically the FDA is seeking information on adverse reactions due to “ingredients of interest” (i.e., non-wheat gluten containing grains (GCGs) which are rye and barley, and oats due to cross-contact with GCGs) and on labeling issues or concerns with identifying these “ingredients of interest” on packaged food products in the U.S. “People with celiac disease or gluten sensitives have had to tiptoe around food, and are often forced to guess about their food options,” said FDA Commissioner Marty Makary, M.D., M.P.H. “We encourage all stakeholders to share their experiences and data to help us develop policies that will better protect Americans and support healthy food choices.” Comment FDA on this post and we'll send you the link.

The FDA will allow genetically modified food coloring in foods that advertise having no artificial colors. The food industry is shifting away from synthetic dyes towards genetically engineered “plant based” colors to keep costs low. As of now, the food colorings will require no special disclosures. The Non-GMO project will not allow these ingredients in their verified foods. #fda #foodcolors #health #chemicals #rfk

Many products proudly display an FSSAI approval and instantly look trustworthy on the shelf. But does that label really mean the product is completely healthy, or does it simply confirm that certain regulatory standards are met? The difference between compliance and consumer perception is where many misunderstandings begin. At The Legal Lab, we make law simple, practical, and relevant to everyday life. Led by Adv. Most parents assume products made for babies go through strict safety testing. But during this hearing, lawmakers asked a series of questions about FDA oversight of cosmetics and baby products — and the answers raised serious concerns. Could the FDA require safety testing for baby lotion before it hit the market? No. Could the agency ban a toxic ingredient like formaldehyde from being used in cosmetic products? No. Could the FDA force a recall if babies had harmful reactions? No. That’s why debates around FDA cosmetic regulation, baby product safety, and consumer protection laws keep coming up in Congress. Because many Americans assume these protections already exist. And when it comes to products used on infants and children, people expect the highest level of oversight. #ProtectChildren #FDA #ConsumerProtection #Health #BreakingNews
