Feedback, das voranbringt. 🎶 Unter diesem Titel habe ich letzte Woche ein Podcast-Solo bei «Voll motiviert» veröffentlicht. Seitdem erreichen Nachrichten, was bei Feedbacks in Wettbewerben und Musikprüfungen schiefgegangen ist – aber auch, wie diese Fremdwahrnehmungen angespornt und weitergebracht haben. In den restlos ausgebuchten Fortbildungen, die ich diese Woche in Südtirol geben darf, haben wir uns intensiv damit beschäftigt, wie Feedback zu #Feedforward werden kann: Wie Worte motivieren, Mut machen und jungen Menschen wirklich Wind in die Segel pusten. Wir haben über #Machtgefälle in Wettbewerbssituationen gesprochen, darüber, was Feedback leisten sollte und kann – und was eben nicht. Es ging um Respekt.
Respekt vor der Leistung der Kinder und Jugendlichen.
Respekt vor unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen, den Lehrkräften, die mit enorm viel Arbeit, Zeit und Herzblut auf Wettbewerbe und Prüfungen vorbereiten. Und es ging um junge Musizierende, denen man oft nicht ansieht, welches Päckchen sie mit sich tragen – und die sich trotzdem einer Bewertung durch Fremde stellen. Sie verdienen hohe Anerkennung für das, was sie leisten. Und sie verdienen einen wohlwollenden, fachlich klaren Blick von außen, der ihnen wirklich hilft, ihren Weg weiterzugehen, statt sie (vielleicht auch unabsichtlich) zu entmutigen. Ein Feedbackgespräch ist keine Ersatz-Unterrichtsstunde. Feedback ist auch keine Einbahnstraße. Es wirkt im Dialog – und dieses Dialogische müssen wir in unsere Gesprächen noch viel stärker suchen, vielleicht auch Formen finde, die es bewusster ermöglichen. Wichtig ist mir auch: Wie können wir Unter- oder Überforderung so ansprechen, dass unsere Worte nachhaltig motivieren statt vorwurfsvoll zu klingen? Wie gehen wir mit Kindern und Jugendlichen um, die auf der Bühne gescheitert sind? All diese Fragen haben wir in der heutigen Fortbildung thematisiert und Gesprächssituationen trainiert. Was wir nie vergessen dürfen: Wir können mit unserer Erfahrung Türen öffnen, Orientierung geben, Rückenwind schenken – Feedback, das voranbringt. Es ayudar a las personas a pensar mejor la próxima vez. Por eso, hoy cada vez se habla más de feedback y feedforward. 🔹 El feedback permite comprender qué ocurrió y qué necesita ajustarse. 🔹 El feedforward abre una conversación mucho más poderosa: qué hacer distinto la próxima vez para avanzar mejor. Cuando el liderazgo se queda sólo en el feedback, muchas conversaciones terminan en corrección. Pero cuando incorporas también feedforward, ocurre algo diferente. Las personas no sólo entienden qué deben mejorar. Empiezan a desarrollar criterio. Y cuando un equipo desarrolla criterio, el liderazgo deja de ser supervisión constante y se convierte en desarrollo real. Por eso, no se trata de verlo como una técnica puntual o una herramienta más. Se trata de integrarlo en tu forma de comunicar, de acompañar y de desarrollar a las personas que lideras. Porque cuando cambian las conversaciones, cambia la forma de pensar. Y cuando cambia la forma de pensar, cambian también los resultados del equipo.
