I hope this message finds those who are weary at the heart. He is with you. Don’t ever doubt it for a second. . . . . I was at a very low place on my birthday…feeling much like a failure..no sense of direction …strong feelings of doubt..and just bawling on the kitchen floor I remember crying out the words “can’t do this anymore” and truly wanting nothing more from this life. But then I called out the words “I surrender” I prayed genuinely for the first time in my life. I prayed words I’ve never had to courage to speak before. Open and honest. Since then I’ve been eager to learn about my Lord and Savior. I started reading the gospel starting with the book of Matthew specifically the sermon on the mount... I remember during my reading I prayed “God if I’m on the right path please send me a sign” and the very next day I I saw someone speaking about the sermon on the mount. I’m not perfect and I’m new to this journey and all I can say is I’m glad I’m here.. . . . So here is a special project I’ve been working on for a few days. Tying my love for art along with my love for our Lord. Still learning how to color and draw consistent characters but meh here it is #thechosen
