I personally don’t include alternative sweeteners in my carb count since they are close to zero calorie and don’t have an effect on insulin. 🍨Ice cream Base ❇️Macros - 211 cals | 7g fat, 11g carb*, 27g pro 🔹240ml - Unsweetened Almond Milk (1 cup) 🔹120ml - 2% Fairlife Milk (1/2 cup) 🔹40g - Granulated Brown Sugar Replacement (I like allulose, monk fruit, stevia blends) 🔹15g - Powdered PB 🔹10g - Protein Powder (Vanilla or Unflavored) 🔹1/2 tsp - Salt 🔹1/4 tsp - Guar or Xantham Gum (optional) 💧Add after mixing (before freezing) 🔹~120ml - Water (1/2 cup.
