Mówiłam także o nowych wzorach, które mi się bardzo spodobały, a włóczki na ich realizację można u mnie kupić. To przepiękny wzór #fieldsweater od @camillavaddk, a także #tide_loop_tee od @hannerimmen. Nie zapominam też o wzorach @splot.ka #limeCardi czy #likemetop. Oba bardzo ładne :) Pokazałam też moją wersję paseczkowej bluzki na bazie wzoru Sporty Stripy Raglan od @heidikdesigns, moja wersja z włóczki Linie23 Club i Basic Cotton.

Knit to alleviate anxiety they say. “They” must be those brilliant people who actually buy enough yarn for the pattern before starting or like… read the part where they tell you how much you’ll need instead of you just deciding eh it’s probably enough and being 100% wrong. We’re coming to the end of the season where I want to knit with mohair anyways so this might just get banished to the corner until next fall. Maybe by that time I’ll have found another similar enough skein to do sleeves! And if anyone just happens to HAVE a skein in their stash of @murkydepthsdyes mirage in the color “the Dreamtime” you should probably keep it because it’s so gorgeous but if you’re feeling kind then dm me please 😂 Base yarn is from @newburghyarnco Mohair is from @murkydepthsdyes Pattern is #fieldsweater by @camillavaddk

Field Sweater is finished ❤️ The blocking made a huge difference (as it usually does). Semilla Cable is a chain spun yarn so is quite springy, which was perfect for creating the grain stitches in the yoke, but also meant that it was sort of trying to cinch itself in pre-blocking. The neck opened up a little more than I wanted it, I should have been more careful about shaping it while it was wet so may reblock or add some elestic to pull it back in again. Overall though, really pleased with the end result. I enjoyed knitting this very much. The instructions were clear and there was a good combination of more challenging knitting with simple stockinette. There's even instructions on exactly which stitches to knit holding the fluff for the 2-tone version. My only gripe about the pattern would be that it could have been more size inclusive. Every body deserves magnificent knits like this! @camillavaddk is working on more Field designs and hopefully they will be available in more sizes 🙏 #FieldSweater #BlockYourKnits #SweaterKnitting #SweaterWeather #KnittedJumper #HanksYarnParlour #BelfastWoolShop
