INGREDIENTS
* Bhetki fish slice -300 gms
* Coconut oil -10-15 ml
* Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
* Kashmiri chilli powder -2 tsp
* Crushed pepper -1 tstp
* Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
* Crushed shallots -4-5nos
* Grated coconut -2 tbsp
* Curry leaves -1 sprig
* Tamarind pulp - adjust according to sourness
Method
* In a cold pan add coconut oil followed by turmeric and chilli powder then sufficient salt and crushed pepper mix the till they become a paste
* Than add ginger garlic paste with crushed shallots,curry leaves and grated coconut i
* Then switch on the heat and cook for 30 -60 seconds and add tamarind pulp and cook for a minute
* Now add cleaned fish sliced and apply the masala ok both the sides equally and evenly and flip the fish repeat the process 2-4 times or till the fish is cooked completely
* it will take approximately 4-6 minutes to cook the fish completely and well done
* Serve hot along with steamed rice
