Not all pours are equal. One-colors are usually the most consistent. Open pours can be faster but still depend on plastic temp and timing. Laminates are the toughest; getting two colors to flow clean without blending takes serious dialing in.
Between temp, humidity, pigment load, and mold conditions, the first pour isn’t always perfect. That means test pours, wasted plastic, and extra time before the final bait is right.
That’s the side of small-batch custom baits most people never see, and why the pricing reflects the process.
