O nome “Flak” deriva da palavra alemã “Flugabwehrkanone”, que significa “canhão de defesa antiaérea”. No entanto, o Flak 88 provou ser versátil e foi utilizado com sucesso em várias funções durante o conflito.
O Flak 88 era um canhão de calibre 88 mm, originalmente projetado para derrubar aeronaves inimigas. No entanto, sua precisão, potência de fogo e capacidade de penetração de blindagem também o tornaram uma formidável arma antitanque. Com seu alcance efetivo de até 15 quilômetros, o canhão Flak 88 era capaz de destruir tanques inimigos a longas distâncias, conferindo uma vantagem significativa às forças alemãs em combate.

HAI wanted to give another go at my 3D LAAT flyby animation WIP. With Venators deploying LAATs in low orbit to advance into the oncoming battle and flak storm, the original of this piece was from a while ago, so here’s another go at it with far more elements, ships, and more cloudscapes, as you can tell it’s heavily inspired by Episode 3 as well.

We were invited to Swatch Store for a beautiful event with Flik Flak, where the girls learned how to tell time in the most fun and engaging way.
The session was honestly amazing. The teacher made it so easy for them to understand, turning something educational into something they were genuinely excited about. And the best part… once they passed their little “test”, they received their very first real watches 🥹
