Carcass Club is a series of events, celebrating rare and exceptional cuts of beef. The first Carcass club of the year was at the King’s Cross location shining a spotlight on the rare and ancient breed of cattle, Shetland, sourced by Flat Iron’s Head of Beef, Fred Smith.
The steak cut you get is a surprise and you only find out once it’s been served. We had sirloin steaks and they were as good as always. Really liked the generous portion of beef dripping fries and it was a very filling meal. Finished with my fave part of the meal, the vanilla soft serve of course 🤤.
