Implement Progressive Overload 🛑 STOP using the same weight every time you work the muscle. 🟢 START increasing the weight once you can do 8-15 reps. 2. Add Variation 🛑 STOP doing the same forearm workouts every arm day. 🟢 START focusing on different variations of forearm workouts like wrist flexions, wrist extensions, and farmer’s walks to namea few. 3. Always Slow and Controlled 🛑 STOP swinging your arms to get the weight up. 🟢 START controlling every centimeter of movement and working with lower weight if you have to. 4. Focus on Your Diet 🛑 STOP neglecting protein and your weekly caloric goals. 🟢 START prioritizing muscle recovery in order to maximize growth.
