I Millennials hanno vissuto una crisi economica dopo l’altra. Un tempo soprannominati “la generazione sfortunata”, hanno già vissuto momenti cruciali durante le fasi formative della loro vita: dallo scoppio della bolla delle dot-com, quando la maggior parte di loro era ancora un bambino, alla crisi del 2008, quando sono entrati nel mondo del lavoro dopo l’università. I nati tra l’inizio degli anni ‘80 e la metà degli anni ‘90 in Europa, ma soprattutto in Italia, hanno anche attraversato la crisi del debito sovrano tra il 2011 e il 2012. Senza dimenticare il periodo segnato dal Covid, che ha riguardato anche una parte della Generazione Z. Una fetta significativa di Millennials si è laureata tra il 2007 e il 2009 e ha incontrato numerose difficoltà nel trovare lavoro. Successivamente, con l’avvento della pandemia hanno incontrato numerose difficoltà nel comprare casa o hanno deciso di riconsiderare l’idea di avere figli, frenati soprattutto dall’aumento del costo della vita. Nonostante l’aumento dei prezzi riguardi tutte le generazioni, i più giovani hanno avuto meno tempo per accumulare i risparmi e seguire un piano finanziario che potesse conferire sicurezza. E l’Italia detiene un record poco invidiabile in Europa: i giovani lasciano casa dei genitori in media a 30,1 anni, un dato superato solo da pochi Paesi balcanici. La media europea si ferma infatti a 26,2 anni, con Paesi come Finlandia e Danimarca sotto i 22. Quali sono le strategie migliori per la propria sicurezza finanziaria? 🇦🇺 澳洲中學生聽到「要考試」的反應 永遠忘不了在台灣求學時期無止盡的「小考」😂 我也來「毒害」澳洲的學生了 ⋯ （開玩笑我是天使老師 都會偷偷幫忙😆） 在澳洲讀中學教育碩士 學到「評量/測驗」有分成formative 跟summative 兩類 在台灣的教育體制中評量方式多以 summative assessment（總結性評量） 為主 且測驗頻率高，學生經常需要透過大量的單元考試與定期測驗來證明學習成果。在這樣的系統下， 學生常常會不自覺養成為考試而學習的習慣。 我自己在台灣就曾在高中階段某一個單元未能及時跟上，導致我在該科目後續學習中逐漸失去理解基礎， 學習成效大幅下降。（我試著去問老師、花時間都沒有人有時間要理我的感覺） 這段經驗讓我深刻體會到， 若學習落差未在過程中被即時發現與補救， 學生很容易在制度性的評量架構下被「淘汰」。 相較之下，在澳洲的教學現場， 我觀察到教師高度重視 differentiation（差異化教學與評量）。 教師會依據學生不同的理解能力、學習進度與需求， 提供不同版本的學習單、考卷， 即使在同一單元的評量中， 也可能出現不同難度或不同結構的試卷設計給學生。 這樣的差異化評量並非降低標準， 而是確保每一位學生都能在適當的支持下展現學習成果。 但這同時也對教師提出極高的專業要求— 教師需要投入大量時間進行規劃、設計與監控學生進度，非常耗時且具有挑戰性（但也極具教育價值）。 #英文口說 #英文筆記 #英文會話 #英文單字 #雅思 #澳洲生活 #澳洲留學 #澳洲打工度假 #打工度假 #澳洲留学 #澳洲留学 #澳洲升學 #雪梨歌劇院 #澳洲大學 #雅思保分
