For the French flag - I’ve experimented a little bit with the complexity of my doodles. I always want to represent all aspects of the country I draw, so for this one - I dove deep into their history, culture, politics and many more. One of the doodles is literally an imitation of Claude Monet - that one actually ended up being my favourite part. Also, if you pay attention you’ll notice my character Kau - has just been decapitated by the big guillotine in the middle. Whereas, Czuk is wearing a Napoleon hat. Storytelling through this art form - is becoming my favouriting aspect of it. I can’t wait to do more ✌️ . . Leclerc famously swore not to rest until the French flag flew over Strasbourg, a vow he fulfilled in 1944. Fake droning in Paris with @elisa_freestyle You might not know this but I was the 1st person in the world to create a “fake drone” shot using a pole and a mobile phone. In 2020 I became a member of the @instagram Creator Council and was one of a handful of people selected to launch Instagram Reels. I had access to IG Reels before the product launch and decided to create a Spider-Man “fake drone shot” in Grand Central Station with @jerometraveller. That Reel was used to launch IG Reels and got 9 Million views, kickstarting a whole trend of “fake drones”, “no drone, no problem” etc. As Paris is a no go for drones I thought I’d bring back the concept and execute it at the Arc de Triomphe with a sunrise reveal of the Louvre. Tying in with the World Cup I thought it would be fun to team up with one of Paris’ top female freestyle footballers @elisa_freestyle ⚽️. Two other fun details, the French Flag is being represented through my adidas x gucci retro outfit and the music is a homage to my Spider-Man campaign, as this song is the end credits song for Spider-Man Homecoming 🕷️.
