THFIVE MINUTE TURKISH-INSPIRED FRIED EGGS
If you (like me!) crave Turkish eggs on a daily basis, but are too lazy to poach the eggs - you need to try this five minute fix NOW! It’s fiery, it’s creamy and specked with lots of sesame seeds and salty feta for that added punch. Try it now and I promise you’ll be making this on repeat too!

Start by melting a knob of butter (1.5-2 tbsp should do it)
Stir in all your favourite spices (ideally Aleppo pepper if you have it; I’ve also added chilli flakes, crushed red pepper flakes and paprika).
As always, measure everything with your SOUL!
Give it a good mix. Once the chilli butter is sizzling, crack in your eggs .
Let them cook through, garnish with more sesame seeds, freshly chopped coriander/ parsley and a big crumble of feta.
Serve the eggs over herby garlicky yogurt (whisked together with minced garlic and freshly chopped coriander/ parsley).
