These are the stretches I’m doing right now, and even though the progress isn’t huge yet, it’s all part of the journey. Hanumanasana aka Front Split is by far my favourite pose EVER.🩷 . It is literally my first stretch of the day coz of the feeling it gives me and the way it stretches my hip flexors , psoas , hamstrings.💥 . Here are my fav ways to open up for Hanumanasana bcoz what you need to open up are your hip flexors of the back leg and hamstring of the front leg . . 1️⃣Split Squat or Lunge pulses : Do 10 reps per side . . 2️⃣Couch Stretch : min 30 sec per side . 3️⃣Hamstring Stretch :10 reps per side . 4️⃣Hamstring Pulse : 10 -20 pulses per side with foot dorsiflexed. .
