But when you warm up a connection before applying (through a coffee chat or comment on LinkedIn), your resume gets seen by real humans, not just the ATS. 3. A new lifestyle in which you travel and explore new places while working remotely has become increasingly popular and rightly so. This lifestyle has been coined as a “workcation”. But is it really financially feasible for the vast majority of us? Here are a few tips to make that first leap towards traveling like you always wanted to: 🛫 Avoid hotels: When panning a workcation it’s always economical to prefer homestays, hostels or local campsites which are usually 30-40% cheaper. Moreover if you book it for a period of 20 days or more which is usually the case with workcations, you can get an additional 15-20% discount.
