I’ve tried maybe 4-5 on Maui and about 6-7 on Oahu over the last few years. To me nothing beats this Spicy Pinepple. None of the other trucks even had a unique flavor like this. Most of them have a spicy or scampi which is fire but this right here is different! It’s a good balance between the sweet pineapple and spice. The spice isn’t crazy either it’s subtle. I love it! My first time here was in 2014 and it’s been the most consistent! The Mac salad is even top tier!
