TRHealthy Nutella 🫡
𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨:
- 2 cups hazelnuts
- 1 cup cacao nibs
- 1/2 cup sweetener (I used coconut sugar, but you can use cane sugar, date powder, monk fruit)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp oil to make it smoother
𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
1. Add hazelnuts and cacao nibs to a food processor. Blend, stopping to scrape the sides as needed. Continue blending until the mixture goes from crumbly to clumpy to smooth and buttery, which can take 10 to 20 minutes depending on your food processor.
2. Add sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and a little oil if you want it smoother. Blend for another 1 to 2 minutes until fully creamy.
3. Transfer to a jar and enjoy. Store in a tightly covered container in your cabinet for up to 2 weeks, or refrigerate for up to 2 months.
