My kids devour it! 🍞 Comment “SEND RECIPE” for the full recipe in your DMs! 💬 MULTIGRAIN BREAD RECIPE DRY: 2 cups bread flour • ½-1 cup whole wheat flour • ½ cup cereal grains or oats • 1½ tsp salt • 2 tsp instant yeast WET: 2½ Tbsp honey • ½ cup warm water • ¾ cup warm milk • 3 Tbsp melted butter DIRECTIONS: Mix dry ingredients. Combine honey and water, add to dry ingredients with milk and butter. Mix well. Add flour until soft dough forms (not sticky). Add seeds if desired. Knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl, cover, rise 1 hour. Punch down, shape into log, place in loaf pan. Cover, rise 1 hour. Optional: brush with egg white, sprinkle with seeds/oats. If you haven’t tried my viral cottage cheese bread or perhaps the OG greek yogurt bread, you should definitely try those out....but this version I only used powdered eggs white and goat milk whey - which I think gives it a little sweeter taste and firmer texture. I personally love slicing and toasting each with a bit of butter melted or smashed avocado! - Use for sandwiches, croutons, toast, So good! Ingredients: 1 cup of egg white powder (not egg white protein) 2 scoops of pure goat milk whey 1 1/2 cup water Method: Mix above ingredients in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form (about 10 minutes). Ever since I realized how easy it is to make fresh, homemade bagels from scratch—no yeast, no rising time—I haven’t looked back. This version is high-protein, made with just cottage cheese and self-rising flour. That’s it. They come out golden and crisp on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside, and honestly? So satisfying. They’re air fryer-friendly, meal-prep approved, and totally customizable—add everything bagel seasoning, sesame, cinnamon sugar, or blueberries. Perfect for a post-workout breakfast, an on-the-go snack, or an easy clean-ingredient brunch. Comment RECIPE and I’ll send the recipe directly to you. SAVE FOR YOUR NEXT BAGEL CRAVING📌 Here’s how to make them. Mix equal parts cottage cheese (blended smooth for best texture) and self-rising flour (I used 1 cup of each for 4 bagels. No self-rising flour? Add 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt per 1 cup of all-purpose flour. Mix until a dough ball forms (it will be sticky — that’s normal!). If you want to make blueberry bagels, add about ½ cup blueberries (defrosted if frozen). Because blueberries add more moisture, you may have to slowly add more flour. Lightly flour a surface, knead for a couple more minutes, and divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll into balls and poke a hole in the center to make a bagel shape. Brush bagels with egg wash, add toppings if desired (sesame, poppyseeds or everything bagel seasoning etc.) and air fry at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden, flipping halfway. Adjust time as needed as cooking time may vary based on the appliance. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
